PRICE TO RECEIVE A CALL ON A MOBILE
1800 Reverse is not a subscription service, the person receiving the call must choose to accept the call and the charges each and every time they receive a call. 1800 Reverse will only charge the person receiving a call on their mobile after they accept the charges by pressing 9 on their mobile keypad.
All accepted calls are charged to the receiving person’s mobile phone by Premium SMS. There’s no charge if the call is not connected, or if the person receiving the call chooses not to accept the charges.
1800 Reverse calls to mobiles are charged a call connection fee and a call talktime charge. The call connection fee is €2.50 and the call talktime charge depends on the length of the call. Call talktime costs €1.25 per minute and is charged in 2 minute blocks.

All prices are inclusive of VAT.
When accepting a 1800 Reverse call on a mobile, you’ll receive a minimum of two Premium SMS to charge for the call. This is made up of the call connection fee of €2.50 plus the first 2 minutes of call talktime charge of €2.50. The minimum charge is €5. After the first 2 minutes of talktime you’ll be charged €2.50 for the next 2 minute block.
The maximum call length is 4 minutes and the maximum call costs €7.50 charged by way of 3 Premium SMS. Call talktime does not start until the call is connected, this is after the person receiving the call presses 9 on their keypad to accept the charges.
1800 Reverse calls accepted on O2 and Vodafone mobiles are charged by premium SMS's sent from short code 57976. For calls accepted on all other mobile networks, the premium SMS's to charge the call are sent from short code 57977.
